@TrueConfection I went to Nov Scoia a few years ago. You can buy a house right on the ocean for 100K. It is not a big house but a nice two bedroom house. I looked into moving there andit turns out there is a lot of disclosures you had to declare. They want t omake sure you are financially solvent before they will let you move there.

A lot of U. S. citizens are moving out, too. There are ex-pat communities all over Mexico. I know several people who moved to Baja. My wife and I even checked out San Miguel de Allende.
