So called "toxic masculinity" is just the latest tool in the feminist toolbox to shame men and divide the sexes. There is, of course, no such thing as "toxic masculinity", only toxic behavior, and both men and women do it. Ascribing that toxicity to masculinity or femininity is just divisive bullshit. We know why feminists do that but I won't sink to their level.
I agree with this. Toxic behavior exists. Can be done by both men and women. Toxic masculinity is just the name they give to thing that are stereotypically done by us. Still they all can be done by women as well.

The world needs an enemy right now. The world is in shambles and during times like this, people will look for somebody or some thing to blame. Right now, straight white males are that entity they have chosen to blame. Good thing we descend from a long line of warriors... we can take it.

I only hear this stuff online and on right wing shows saying that it's happening all over the place but in reality I don't think it's a societal conversation happening at every town hall meeting in any community.
I dont think that even the person that made that list even understands what most of that list means.
Some of it seems like jibberish and other parts seem like behaviours which are encouraged and rewarded by females.
The original term coming from MRAs descrives societal pressure on men to harm themselves to meet certain expectations. What people thonk it is now... is some sort of whack ass "interpretation" made by uneducated swine.
All this bs will automatically stop when humans stop being judgmental. When humans start treating each other unbiasedly. When humans treat others the way they want others to treat them.

Well that's the whole thing. The people complaining about "toxic masculinity" don't want equality. They want women to be far better than men. That's why you never hear about it.
