A 21-year-old Florida man is accused of slashing his wife’s throat, then playing her favorite music and holding the woman’s hand as she died in a pool of blood.
Xichen Yang was arrested Tuesday after a man claiming to be the alleged killer’s employer called Altamonte Springs, Fla., police. The caller told cops that his employee, who had not turned up to work, killed the victim, Nhu Quynh Pham, and was busy cleaning the crime scene.
When cops arrived at Yang’s apartment, they reportedly found Pham’s body in the home’s bathtub. Cleaning supplies including rubber gloves were also uncovered.
Police said the suspect admitted to slitting his wife’s throat, then put her in the bathtub when she tried crawling away. He also is said to have confessed to spending the last 10 minutes of Pham’s life, comforting his spouse as they listened to tunes.
Yang allegedly told authorities he had the option of stopping Phan from dying, but he was raised to always go “all the way.”

Why is everyone killing their wives, husbands, and kiddos?
Just a phrase to say a lot of people are. Leaving their kids in a hot car, throwing babies off a 2nd floor apartment to name a few. Then you have all the guys killing girlfriends or wives, and you probably never hear about 3/4 of them on the news.
Mental illness is a part of it. But whenever we see a period of political and social strife it will cause a major uptick in people losing it. Add in the pandemic and the economic fallout from it we are bound to see a even bigger uptick. Also since we have a lot of people on both sides of the political isle and various social debates stirring up crap in person and the internet we are going to see more people start to lose their crap.
I think it is all the drugs kids are taking these days. I think in the years to come it will be discovered that this stuff was not the harmless, natural substances that the druggie handbook says.

That is how Health Care and Insurance Companies are short changing us by not covering these things and Health Plans not covering more than a few visits to a provider or setting a limit on how much you can get.
