Why do Left Loonies conflate Second Amendment right to bear arms to a non-existent right to abortion? Where in the Constitution is abortion stated?

The Left Loonies use the false argument that SCOTUS decided States cannot infringe on gun rights Afforded by the Constitution so the same logic should apply to abortion.

But nowhere in the Constitution is abortion an enumerated right.

So why are the Left Loonies making a false comparison?

I just heard a hilarious item on a radio talk show.

Will States like California and New York have a new industry..."Abortion Tourism"?

Will such states give tax incentives to those who endeavor to open such an enterprise?

It amazes me how they want to read magic shit into the Constitution that is *just not there*, and worse, read out of the Constitution what blatantly IS there. And I am not against their changing abortion laws, believe it or not, if it is done legally.

As the late great Justice Scalia said bluntly at a lecture to some whiny leftist legal scholars, "If you want physician-assisted suicide, do what the people of Oregon did and elect legislators who draft up a law. Don't expect me to read something into the Constitution that grants you such a right just because you want it..." (I paraphrase)

And indeed California DID draft up a Roe like abortion law, back in 1967, six years before the infamous Roe V. Wade decision, signed into law by a then Governor REAGAN no less.

Lately, CA, along with MA and NY, have gone far beyond what even Roe v. Wade permitted with ghoulish late term abortion laws, but that is a topic for another day.
