I was at work when I saw the vile actions of the supreme court today, stripping the rights and causing untold harm to millions of women and girls for the forseeable future. I for one will be joining any protest or demonstration I can get to, I wonder if you all will do the same.

Please show me where in the Constitution (here's the text: https://constitutioncenter.org/interactive-constitution/full-text ) is says you have a right to get an abortion. If you can't find it, then the entire reasoning behind Roe V Wade was never valid in the first place.

You want abortion to stay legal? Cool- write your state representatives and have them make laws to that effect. Protesting this ruling being overturned is protesting the tenth Amendment being enforced. If you really believe the central government should have THAT much power, then tell your representatives to vote in line with it, or even make a law automatically following what Washington says. But if you can't bring yourself to accept that other people have different priorities and beliefs than you do, then you're not ready for democracy.

By the way, they didn't strip anyone's rights. All they did was say there was no constitutional mandate for those rights in the first place.

The recent ruling made the federal government neutral. It's saying that the feds don't have the authority to make it legal, nor do they have the authority to make it illegal.
