That is something a person who has no idea what a leader should be would say. A leader is just an extension of the people he is leading. If he does not care what the other people want or even worse, dont understand, then he is pretty much worthless in his role.

I think people like you have completely forgotten that the job of a leader is to channel cooperation. It is a position that is all about understanding, empathy and all that "soft liberal" stuff that people like you are always trash talking.

I voted others because I think it depends on the goal and on the relationship of leader and looser because I´d rather agree if we talk about personality types where you a have a leader, a maker, a strategist a loser...
Here sure a guy that prepares himself to lead and who wants to progressive in life should rather look for other people that can inspire him.
But if you talk about teams, about smaller companies where people are depending on each other I disagree because not listening or not helping the person that is falling behind could be a mistake hence they good give you a better criticism than the people that run with you and support every decision you make.

One defining trait of a sociopath is their lack of empathy. Another is dividing people into winners and losers, in fact that is a question used by psychologists (my ex wife) to diagnose psychopathy and sociopathy.

People who think this way are litteraly some of the most dangerous members of our society , serial killers, rapist , etc all have this defining trait and this is not meant as an insult, if you think things like (people are wolves or sheep) you should seek counseling , hopefully this is learned behavior from a mentally ill parent that can be unlearned.
