I bet most Americans don't know about the The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004. that recognizes an embryo or fetus in utero as a legal victim?

was a federal act put in place back in 2004. which can be used to charge those who do harm to a pregnant women that results in the death of her child as a federal crime. however it does not directly touch on the subject of abortion it does cover many other outcomes.
