A good vaccine could have been useful especially if cheap effective therapeutics weren't discovered so quickly, but you got a really bad vaccine and suppression of cheap effective therapeutics by bad government, corrupt healthcare workers, and propaganda media. Your government and industry worked against you on purpose. The only lock downs that would have had any impact would have been to shut the borders immediately which never happened. Trump tried to block China entry by plane and to close the Mexican border with a wall which retards labeled as racist. In reality it was just too little too late to do a proper quarantine of outsiders in a fast paced environment. It's not something that can be handled well by central governments in a global economy. Authoritarian Globalists were the problem that prevented the solution. If they were not there a quick pause at the start of a couple weeks to one month could have isolated the sick that had entered and prevented the rest of the problem. Too much much resistance existed by globalists would established our supply line in other countries for personal gains. In general globalism is the reason people died.

Important in fearmongering a populace into voting for an incompetent moron who doesn't have a clue whats happening, doesn't understand economics, energy productions and distribution and prioritizes foreign citizens over his own.

Important in putting millions out of work and then continue to issue unemployment checks with no stipulations or requirements to job search.

Important in proving the notion that people got sick and died regardless of any mandate or vaccine.

Important in turning leaders into tyrants who trade liberty for security (or the illusion of security)

And important in destroying families as many chose politics over flesh and blood.

If they come back with another round of lockdowns and vaccine mandates, they're getting a foot in the ass.

Vaccine, yes. In our country, after the vaccine was generally rolled out to public, we saw a drastic drop on cases.

If the cases went down before the vaccine, I would agree with you.
However, the cases went down just a few weeks after the first few batches of the vaccine. Dying people is on decline too.

But you dont say vitamins and nutrients work better. Staying lean and healthy works better. Taking showers and washing your whole body with soap works better. you're just like "its good a one size fits all vaccine came out" for something as deadly as the common cold

I would think that people prior to pandemic are showering, taking vitamins and nutrients - and still, the virus happened.
People did those things while the virus is rampaging through humanity. Cases rise, death tolls rise.
Vaccines came, and slowly, the pandemic died.

It is shown that the lockdowns were not necessary. I think the vaccines were effective. tHey did not stop the virus but prevented a lot of hospitalizations and deaths.
