Nothing like that should be mandatory, especially considering no vaccine is "100% effective" and all vaccines come with a potential threat involved, if anyone actually knows what a vaccine is. Its like saying "all people should get punched in the face to know what it feels like" and expecting no one to ever get injured or die from that.
I also really resent the idea that we must be "anti-vaccines" just because many governments of the world, as well as the WHO, spent most of 2020 lying to us and suppressing information, but then all of a sudden expect us to believe them when it comes to these COVID vaccines, which objectively have safety issues with them and weren't approved by the CDC for at least six months, while they were still pushing them onto people. It's not "anti-vaccine" to not trust a government that has been lying to you throughout 2020 and are MAKING MONEY off of vaccinations. You people DO know politicians can invest in the stock market too, right? And that insider trading isn't illegal among politicians (or at the very least, no one enforces it among them)?

I just watched a documentary called "First Wave", and they say that 50% of people that get infected are from people with NO symptoms.
My view, it's one thing if it was like the flu. Less serious and not transmitted as "easily", but this is far deadlier, and, a person that doesn't have it can transmit it to you they say. So that changes it completely for me. It's one thing to risk your own life, but to put other people in danger... serious danger, life threatening danger, that's another story and I think it should be mandatory if that's the case. It's why I got the vaccine. I heard all the rumors about it and really didn't know how I felt about getting it. But what made me decide to get it was that. I certainly don't want to give it to someone, and if this helps with that, then I'll get it.
And a lot of people don't seem to know how vaccines work either. People think "it doesn't work" or "it's not working" because people are still getting it. But it doesn't mean you still won't get it, it just shouldn't be as severe or life threatening if you do.
No, because it is not practical.
But I think people who are not vaccinated should sign a paper they keep with them saying they do not want to go to reanimation in case of COVID infection.
So at least, they would be responsible for their choice all the way through.
Of course not. Their body, their choice.
Wearing masks should be mandatory. Avoiding crowds should be mandatory.
Vaccine? It's a choice you make for yourself.
If you take it, good for you.
If you don't, keep distance and put on a mask.

Do you think the government should have the right to force people to pay taxes in name of "equality and democracy"?
Do you think the government should have the right to say rather or not you have the right to defend yourself with a gunfire?
Do you think the government should have the right to dictate the way you raise your children and force you to use gender pronouns?
Do you think the government should have the right to say what you should eat or not in the name of health?
The same question applies to mandatory vaccines, why should people be forced to be vaccinated when the State has no rights over our bodies?
Some people have this paternalistic feeling about the state and the government because they don't know about the past, but history has proven that independently of the government, the State never has the best interest for its population. The same government that wants you to be vaccinated killed millions of people in wars and disastrous economic policies. Only you know what is best for you, not the bureaucrat that never even saw you face to face.No.
1. It is mRNA which hasn't been widely used before.
2. There is no way of knowing long term side effects because it hasn't been around long term yet.
3. It doesn't prevent illness. People that are vaccinated still get sick and die.
4. there are side effects, some of them permanent, including death.
5. If the vaccine worked, the vaccinated would have nothing to worry about, but it is only the vaccinated that are worried. Them wanting to force others to get it so theirs would work is like saying if person A uses an umbrella they will still get rained on unless person B uses an umbrella as well. It is illogical and proves they lack intelligence.
6. They constantly lie and cover up/block/delete statistics and evidence of bad side effects from the vaccines.
7. The same people that funded the creation of the virus are the ones telling people to get vaccinated.
8. The same people that mandate the vaccines (or try to) include exemptions for themselves/co workers and their families/companies. (Newsom is one example and congress is another) Just like with the mask mandates that the people creating the mandates ignore them themselves. there are numerous videos and pictures of them doing that. (Again, Newsom, his kids in private schools while others are locked down, AOC in Florida recently, celebrities that pushed for vaccine mandates, etc.)No, I think we need to stop restricting people's basic fucking freedoms to do basic things, especially in the US, a country that apparently has more freedoms than elsewhere - I'm glad for their sake they have different states that have different rules.
I think people just can't admit that their vaccines don't work well enough, so they blame the un-vaccinated, because the virus mutates, but let's be real.
If everyone in the world was willing to get vaccinated as soon as it came out, do you think everyone would have been able to get it fast enough to the point where the virus wouldn't have had a chance to mutate?
Honestly, I simply don't trust the death numbers, I think they're exaggerated and hospital staff are under pressure from the government to do so and even if it's as bad as it's being made out to be, shout out to leaders like Boris Johnson for still allowing flights in from nations that had high infection and death rates, even during lockdown, as well as potentially being a hypocrite and having lockdown parties.
Combine that with platforms censoring anti-vax information, bad reactions to the vaccine allegedly being hidden and there's even more reason to be suspicious, especially given how honest politicians are. That's not how people or vaccines work, kiddo.
Seatbelts are mandatory, not drinking and driving is mandatory - but does it stop all people? Of course not. But it does reduce the number of overt offenders, and ensures those offenders lose their rights and privileges they hide and snipe others behind.
Making the vaccine mandatory is about reducing social offenders. You bet your ass these are the Karens and Chads who also make lives hell for their family and neighbours too. So this way they can not only pay for their stupidity, but ensure people know exactly what they are.I think the freedom of choice is very important on this issue. Wow many individuals suffer terrible results from contracting Covid, it is their choice. I feel a little more protected having been vaccinated and had a booster shot. So far so good in our household.
It shouldn’t be mandatory, I don’t believe we should force anyone to put something in their bodies if they don’t want to (even if I think their reasoning is stupid, they still have the right to decide)
but I 100% agree with certain events only allowing vaccinated people in right now. Especially at this time, covid cases are sky rocketing recently. The reason all these variants of the virus exist is because non vaccinated people are still spreading it causing it to evolve in these more deadly and advanced versions. At this point the non vaccinated/anti maskers are ruining it for the smart ones.
If you’re mad that you can’t get into a concert because you don’t have the vax, that’s your problem. You can wait until the pandemic is over then.No.
Because even if it completely protected you, you'd then next have to justify why we don't have a cop on every street corner doing cavity searches and government cameras in every home or other extreme measures. "If it saves one life" right? Well now let's have mandatory healthy diets, and mandatory exercise. If one vaccine can be mandated then why not the rest? There's 59 different vaccinations on the books in the US and you should be forced to get every single one and have a vax passport that requires all of them to be valid. Social distancing forever, masks forever, contact tracing forever. No more cars, no more guns, no more knives anywhere in society. No free speech, no speech of any kind lest it harm someone. This whole seemingly logical point is getting really tiresome. Try to pay attention. The vaccines are not perfect and when someone is infected with covid it is possible for them to transmit the disease to somebody who is vaccinated whether you like it or not. Those of us that are vaccinated don't have to put up with this garbage. You are endangering Our Lives. If the vaccine worked perfectly this would not be an issue of course. Secondly, people who are not vaccinated that get infected with covid provide a place for covid to start producing variants within them and this point seems to be lost on many people. Again you are endangering Our Lives. You have no right to do this.
Absolutely not. Government should not have a say in our personal decisions for health. That is overreaching on their end as a method of control and testing the waters.
Bet money now that they pretty much made this mandatory and people complied, they will try this with more individual liberties down the line and frame it as for the sake of greater good which is a load of shit. The fact that Maderna and Phizer can cause myocaritis and they hide it outside of Japan is kind of suss. For me I just don't care because I'm vaxxed for anthrax/smallpox and a bunch of things... so what's a couple shots right? It just feels like they're out to make their money by making it maditory... you'll still get it and spread it, vax or not. Age and being overwieight are the main factors to be concerned about.
there's no argument to be made for mandatory vaccines. i mean the polio vaccines can actually protect the entire society by eradicating the polio disease. we litterally made it go extinct without a mandate. covid can't be made extinct even WITH a mandate. so there's really nothing you could possibly argue that would justify a mandate.
wow im surprised but im glad im surprised because i thought more would say that it SHOULD be vaccinated the exact OPPOSITE of what i chose
sometimes its good to be wrong!!!
at least i know there is still hope
GOOD JOB
ALSO
LETS GO BRANDON!Mandate a vaccine that does not prevent spread, does not prevent infection... is on it's 3rd jab or 2nd booster... and has no long term safety history and has already shown to cause heart problems... what do you think?
I think hospitals should stop taking unvaccinated COVID cases over the age of 5 unless they are below 25% capacity. Then there's less reason for it to be mandatory.
On a private level yes. Businesses and companies have held physical and vaccination requirements for a very long time, I think that is totally fine. On a federal or state level, that seems like on overstep unless it is an emergency.
No, it shouldn't be mandatory, but if an insurance company wants to surcharge you for being unvaxxed, there's no law to stop them. There's also no law to stop a business from allowing you entry if being vaxxed is their policy.
I think vaccinated people should get continuous small benefits. Like 2% off gas and groceries and $50 a month
Nothing should be mandatory, because that's you losing your freedom every time they say something is mandatory
I’m vegan let’s force you to eat what I eat. And do what I do.
I’m sure you’d love that.
If want jabs forced on people? Love to North Korea. You’d love it there.No. Government should not be involved in people's private lives. For anything. PERIOD.
