What is wrong with calling Russia’s war in Ukraine a conflict.

I watched today an international Greentech event in Vienna and got out of my logical bubble. Because a lot was spoken about energy, approximately every third speaker mentioned a conflict in Ukraine. Just like that. A conflict. In Ukraine. Like Russia does not exist.

So this is reminder to all those who are hiding cowardice behind diplomacy. Black and white behind all the shades of grey. Blindness behind neutrality. A conflict with your neighbour is when they don’t like your loud music after 10 pm and you hate their children when they mix up the apartment with the football field.

A conflict is when your neighbour parks his car like a jerk. When one of them rips the tulips from shared garden, just because it does not belong to anyone. Or when making that drilling in the wall is only possible at 7 am on Sunday. But when your neighbour comes uninvited to your house, breaks your doors and windows, does to your wife and 5 year old daughter things that you would not be able to watch in a horror movie, makes you pray silently just to be shot on your head and die fast. This is NOT a CONFLICT. This is a slaughter. A murder. Destruction. Torture. Many would even argue – a genocide. But for now, let’s stay with what is clear like day and night – what is happening in Ukraine is Russia’s unprovoked WAR in Ukraine, which it started just because it decided we have no right to exist. What is happening now has put an end in this temporary unfortunate brotherhood of Slavic nations for many generations to come.

There is no conflict. No brotherhood. No Forgiveness. There is just an army of men who have been grown to perform criminal orders and kill. Every participant shares responsibility, in the same way like each person chooses the side to be on. There are simply situations in life when it is not appropriate to try and sit on both chairs. In my opinion, this is one of those.

Even back in the George W. Bush years our government knew that what it was pulling would result in a war between Russia and Ukraine. So the entire conflict was set in motion by his admin. Because Russia had already made it clear that Ukraine becoming completely independent and joining NATO where red lines. Yet our government continued to push for both. Even into Obama's presidency. Because Obama kept pushing the same agenda.

So like it or not the entire mess is our governments fault and since the events leading up to it involved presidents from both parties both sides of the isle are responsible. Rather then being concerned about who supports what, you should do some research and stand up against both political parties attempting to play hero or police the world. Because the current Russian and Ukraine conflict and 9/11 itself are great examples of the kind of events our government sets into motion by playing hero or trying to police the world.

I don’t blame Ukraine or Russia, I only blame Putin because he is going to war when his country does not want to and he kills and tortures people who disagree with him in the Russian public sphere.

Ukraine. If Ukraine can defeat or even weaken Russia it grants my country few decades freedom from Russian aggression.

Nobody. It's my people's war and we have enough problems of our own to be dealing with that. We have suffered two floodings and a massive fire, and we can't spare any resource.

Plus, yesterday the council and I enacted an order banning the flying of foreign flags in our jurisdiction, using a WWII era law that forbids so when it causes civil unrest. The only flags allowed are the national flag and the flag of the Territorial Federation.

This because some there's currently a "flag war" between citizens flying the Ukraine flag and another instead hanging the Russian and "Z" ones. We are in the middle of natural disasters and I'm sick of seeing those people arguing over things that don't touch our territory. Penalty for exposing foreign flag is a fine for the first case, followed by arrest if reiterated. The order will be in place up to January 2023.

Obviously Ukraine. Putin is attacking an innocent country just because he's upset it's not part of Russia after the breakup of the Soviet Union. He is a war criminal. My relatives in Russia at risk of sufferage because of Putin. Can't wait to see news about how Putin's heart stopped beating so everything can return back to peace.

Ukraine and based on this one simple thought. Putin, like both Stalin and Hitler, fought an unrighteous war against an “at peace” nation. An unwarranted “First kill” is murder and now Genocide. Violation of War Accord, Crimes against Humanity, Tribunal worthy, and obviously wrong.
I mean Ukrainians were just living their life and a bully decided to jump the fence. Surely, it is a no-brainer ⁉️

Obviously the best result would be for Ukraine to defeat the Russians and maintain their territorial integrity while giving Putin a black eye and putting the brakes on his expansionism, but that isn’t going to happen.

Neither side as both the Russian government along with the Nazi controlled Ukrainian government. Yes it's terrible what Russian's are doing in Ukraine, but the Ukrainian Neo Nazi's are just as guilty of rape and murder. Yes Ukrainian Neo Nazi's commit rape and murder as they "cleans" Ukraine of minorities.
