Is this a response to men demanding mandatory DNA tests after studies show that 30% of men are raising children that aren't there's?

I have always said that western constitutions are contracts between government (elite class) and women, for the purpose of controling men! In particular the masculine seeds (stealing children from the principal parent which is the father) stolen by women for benefit cheques and given to governments as slave workers. I mean employees...

Is this the final wake up call for men to realise that the government and women have always been in bed together, conspiring against us?

The bill goes too far and it's already apparent that in a lot of states everything is tipped heavily against men. To the point where even if you can prove that the mother isn't fit to parent, the father faces one hell of a battle to get his child away from the mother. Not to mention the bills being put in place that effectively make it so that a man can be forced to pay child support for a child that isn't his if he "put's him self out there as a parental figure" whatever the hell that means.

Though I think in some ways we are seeing a ramp up of bills like that being put in place due to all the issues hook up culture created. Because people where being stupid about sex before hook up culture started. But it sent the stupidity into overdrive once hook up culture took off. So the ramp up of legal cases related to unwanted pregnancies due to people being stupid about sex is probably creating a legal whiplash.

This is weird. So would you get a refund if she miscaries? Can child protective services be brought in then pre birth (if ahe is drinking/smoking/etc while pregnant) to protect your investment? If you are a house husband would you get child support from her while she is pregnant 😆...

Child support is good but I didn't even know unborn child support is a thing. It's difficult to say but I can see why some men ran away, ironically more than 20% of men who do DNA test with their children aren't the father biologically. Sure, men be jerks but women has to keep their self-respect.

Yes, you can do DNA testing in the womb, but comes with a risk, not really a desired thing.

My question is what controls are there for putting men on child support for a child where paternity is disputed. A guy could be paying out for 9 months not knowing if the child is his, if results came back as not his, how would he reclaim that money? A low income single mother may not be able to repay. It almost incentives false claims from from people who will effectively be judgement proof.

I think it's about money. I don't know how they're going to just take a woman's word for it, unless there's a way to DNA test the baby. There's just a large portion of women that play the Alpha fucks/Beta Bucks game and just do it for the money (and for Chad and Tyrone's dick game).

More than two thirds of states have “dad by default” laws, so even if you can prove you’re not the father of a child. If the mother names you, you’re the father in the eyes of the law.

Check the list of politicians that support that and put them on people you don't want in office. Just make the health care needed during a pregnancy covered by the tax. Instead of giving out money independent if it's needed or not. Because there shouldn't be any other costs associated with being pregnant.

I want to see laws ending the statute of limitations on disputing paternity and allowing men to get child support payments already paid refunded if paternity is disputed. Also, courts in several states have ruled that underage boys have to pay child support to grown women. If the woman was committing statutory rape, she should be barred from collecting child support.

In the case of a friend, who was in the military and overseas in the child was born, he took one look at the child and said “She ain’t mine.” The judge ruled he waited beyond the statute of limitations to contest paternity and had to keep paying for 14 more years. He was threatened with jail when he got behind.

In my state, the mother can get half the pregnancy medical bills covered by the father, while not child support it sort of is. As the child isn't born yet to need support yet, but half the medical for the mother helps the unborn child.
