"The Unborn Child Support Act allows a court, in consultation with the mother, to award child support payments while the child is still in the womb and retroactively up to the point of conception as determined by a physician." Is this a response to men demanding mandatory DNA tests after studies show that 30% of men are raising children that aren't there's? I have always said that western constitutions are contracts between government (elite class) and women, for the purpose of controling men! In particular the masculine seeds (stealing children from the principal parent which is the father) stolen by women for benefit cheques and given to governments as slave workers. I mean employees... Is this the final wake up call for men to realise that the government and women have always been in bed together, conspiring against us?
