He's already been in prison for years. Such a young kid, maybe should at least get another chance? Just needed some help if he was mentally is it really totally his fault?

Current CO here, let me tell you something…prison tends to mess with you in ways you wouldn’t imagine. If he was already messed up in the head prior to stepping a foot in prison, you really have no clue how much worse he’s doing now. People like that don’t belong in the streets with the public.
