Does he deserve a second chance?

My ex boyfriend who broke up with me blindsidedly, who also cheated with his ex girlfiend, texted me begging for me to forgive him. Here is where I might have been stupid, I decided to hear him out. I texted saying that I would call when I see my schedule allows it. (I made him wait for me to call for 9 hours) He was tearing up, I coudl tell by his voice, and he appologized for being an ass and explained that he was overwhelmed with life. He said, he wanted a break... I will type out the text exchange below: Thursday October 20 Him: Hey we need to talk Me: (unsaved number) I apologize but I do not have this number saved, who am I speaking to? (I knew very well who it was) Him: its (Male's Name) Me: Oh, ok, what did you need? Him: I wanted to apologize Me: Why... Him: I was just so stressed about my ministry Me: But do you realize how much you hurt me (not an hour before he blindsided me, he was asking about what days I had winter break so he could visit) Him: All I wanted was a break for a bit Me: (I told him as he dumped me that there is no break in a relationship, either it is over or it isn't) Him: All I wanted was a break, so I can get my crap together (laughing emojy) Me: You really hurt me Him: Do you want to video call, and watch a movie or something... Me:So you are just going to pretend that you didn't just blidsidedly break my heart, dump me, ignore my messages asking where my things are, and act like nothing happened? Him: Absolutly not I would like to talk with you, I have a lot to say Me: Honestly I have a busy afternoon Him: You can at anytime :) Besides now im at works (laughing emojy) Me: I will call when I see fit, and when my schedule allows it Him:Awesome (tries to get me to download whatsapp again) (a fe whour slater) im off work FYI ME: I'm not FYI Him: huh? :) Oh ok got it! Me: calls later at night after making him wait close to 10 hours closer to 9 hours and 30 min Not enough words to share whole phone conversation. Does he deserve it?
