Does this guy deserve another chance?

He wants to come to London to see me (we have never met) and he has let me down 3 times because he has a business on the weekend, but last time, he just went to the coast with his dog and he made an excuse about friction with his business partner (which happened on the Sunday, not Saturday when we were supposed to meet.

He text me after a month - I had removed him from my phone. He said if you would give me one last chance and asked how I am, etc. I texted him back but when he tried to start conversation, I didn't carry on. He said he has missed talking to me.

Is there any point? We live about 2.5 hours apart too.

I mean I went to London to meet someone from here from eastern Europe, so 2.5 hours is not that of a huge deal.
