Can you start a private prison and have your inmates do slavelike work?

Let's say if i made a living selling weed, shrooms, opium, coca leaves, mescaline, or khat and I use part of the money to build and contract my own private prison and I use the inmates for forced labor in working on a mine or harvesting a drug garden.
