Except that the gun was not illegally acquired. And trust me on this, if you feel like that was an assault rifle you have no clue what an assault rifle is. He was 17, and the law allows him to posses the gun and use it. He was defending his family business.. He was not crossing state lines to do it, he was there with his family at their home and had been for 2 days. None of what you are talking about is true. None..
