His biggest concern is to not let mail-in-ballots be abused the way they were in 2020 election. He is also concerned with the 30+ million new illegals entered into the country and the drugs, crime and human trafficking they will bring. The last thing would be the complete destruction of the economy caused by failed leadership and corruption. I don’t think he cares much about the democrats endless war against him to prevent him from running for election. That’s been going on before he was ever president.

Although the 2nd amendment does make it rather difficult to see how congress has the right to prohibit the carrying of such weapons anywhere in D. C. It does in fact say Congress shall make NO law.

Regardless I don't even see the point of such an argument as I already made clear I don't see how under the 2nd amendment congress can ban people from having weapons in the capital.

That is in fact what we would be talking about congress disregarding the clear limits of the Federal Constitution in attempting to ban such weapons if there were actual arms there.

The fact that politicians elected by such fraud have little interest in investigating it, retaining or collecting evidence of it as to verify the election is both hardly shocking and hardly unusually in this country.
In every case of fraud said fraud worked in favor of the politicians actually elected and presiding over said election or at least failed to sink their chances.

I also know what the 1st amendment says, and that paying to speak is in fact speech. As such neither congress nor the president's hand picked politicians in black robes have any legitimate right to tell their political enemies what they cannot say against them.

In practice campaign donations go everywhere and under an infinite number of names, indeed it is quite popular to make donations in the names of other people either as gifts or as a form of insult if given to people they dislike.

So prosecuting pretty much anyone when almost nobody else ever is, is a highly selective act demonstrating contempt for the idea of equal application and justice under the law.
