See, in the natural world, under Darwinian conditions, animals with bad genes tend to die before they reach adulthood. This is a part of natural selection. Other forms of natural selection obviously include competition for food and resources.

What causes bad genetics, child death etc. is maladaptive mutation and mutational load.

Adaptive traits are those which help any animal to survive and reproduce. Maladaptive traits are those which prevent them from doing so.

The brain accounts for 84% of the genome. This means that more mutations occur in the mind than in the body. If there are any mutations of the body, then there are definitely mutations of the mind. Which means that they not only have bad health, but bad mental health and maladaptive ideas.

That’s what those people are. Maladaptive mutants. That’s why the girl in the picture looks a bit weird.
