I would exclude school teachers at his castle, but would definitely include the police, military and hospital workers since some like giving people drugs.

I know a lot of evil doctors who work in mental health. I don’t think they were born corrupt, I think they became corrupt when they became addicted to their high pay cheques and realized it could be increased if they behaved in immoral ways. My friend had to drive to a mental health doctor over an hour away because the ones near by were all corrupt. His family doctor was aware of the corruption and refused to assign him to a local doctor as a favour to him.

I always thought doctors would make good butchers too.
I think that some people are attracted to positions that give them authority over others and license to cause pain. We should carefully screen candidate police officers and reject those with authoritarian personalities.
Money talks some have a conscious not to work or a company that has ethical issues weather legal or not. Insurance companies, tobacco companies, pharmaceutical companies, oil companies are the ones that come to mind
Teachers are just as bad now that they're indoctrinating young kids about sexually explicit topics like masturbation, pornography, kinks, and fornication.
