The question is a bit of a misnomer. Nations pursue their interests and seek security. This they do, in part, by seeking to dominate the region around them and as that sphere of interest widens, the scope of the arena that they seek to dominate expands as well.
Typically, world domination is not sought as a direct goal, but rather derivative of other more immediate interests. This being counteracted by the interests of other states. As Theodore Roosevelt said, "World peace comes not from human kindness or moral restraint, but from balanced power; equilibriums of force restraining the selfish aims of nation-states."
The only partial exception to this comes from those states driven by ideology. Italy under the Fascists. Russia under the Communists as the Soviet Union. Germany under the National Socialists.
All these states - and there have been others - subscribed to doctrines that implied, or stated outright, the pursuit of global domination. Even then, the limits of population, geography, territory, economics and a whole host of other factors limited these states' pursuit of global domination to the methods and contours of their non-ideological predecessor governments. Thus, for example, Nazi Germany sought world domination but was still confined to a two front war against historic adversaries.
With all that as predicate, China and Russia are no longer ideological states - communism has fallen in Russia and it has been said of contemporary China that it "is less interested in Marx in theory than Lenin in practice." Consequently, while both powers are competitors with the United States and its allies, as well as some other countries, it is a contest in the tradition of realpolitik. Thus it is not likely that they will seek world domination as such, but that does not make them less of a threat to the United States and the West in general.
To this it must also be added that Russia and China are NOT natural allies. In fact, they are historic rivals dating back to the 16th century at least and even fought a fierce but brief border war in the early 1960s when both were explicitly communist. Thus, they are not likely, over the long term, to seek joint world domination. .
However, as they are both rivals of the West, it is NOT impossible that they might form an alliance of convenience. That alliance lasting as long as both sides saw it in their mutual self-interest.
Indeed, while I was no fan of President Trump, one of the wisest aspects of his foreign policy was to seek better relations with Russia. This to keep it from aligning with China, as now appears to be happening. Trump was brutally criticized for his relationship to Russia, but he seemed to understand that the United States would be at a grave disadvantage set against the enormous resources that China and Russia can bring to bear. The United States would not likely prevail against that alliance unless the alliance's internal contradictions split it apart.
So, bottom line, the answer is a "qualified yes." Not because those states would deliberately be seeking world domination as such, but rather because they - as all states do - subscribe to Lord Palmerston's aphorism: "We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow."

Yes, they will try to take their regions over... Europe and Asia. They will work together through Putin era. Russia still has China lands that they stole around WW2, I think. China will one day come for that land in the same way they are coming for Taiwan.

You 'tards should give the Wolfowitz Doctrine and read... And then tell me if Russia and China are the ones with insane world domination plans.

Of course not, they aren't the USA or Great Britain.
Only the USA and GB have a history of being megalomaniacs
China has been continuously trying to do that for decades and hasn't stopped.
