I feel like in this day and age, especially since the pandemic and all that bullcrap, parents are starting to become either abusive (in the form of "strict") or soft. Kids who have been physically hit or unsolicitedly got their stuff taken away by their parents, and those who had been forced the "anti-nuclear" (pro-Jezebel, pro-Sodom and Gorrah agenda) bullcrap equally are being set up for depression and failure. It really shows.

I no longer consider myself to be a libertarian, since I think that is a lame ideology for anyone over the age of 22. I think sex work, child abuse (in any form - including making them identify with their own sexuality), all drugs other than recreational or medical marijuana should be banned; cigarettes are what is making Gen X and Y parents more narcissistic.

To some degree and not necessarily by IQ test. There are some undesirable traits specifically correlated with a low iq such as crime (criminals tend to have average iqs within the 90s). If you have a society that kills it's criminals, especially the violent ones, IQ will slowly be raised. This has happened in Europe centuries ago. Abortion also helps to reduce the number of people who are dumb but smart enough to have an abortion before giving birth, usually people who just want sex and not children.
