Do you think it’s wrong to not honor a price that I was quoted?

I would not have even questioned it if they told me this rate to begin with. I don’t have dental insurance right now and I have not been there in a while. I was told on the phone two different times that I was going to be charged a $79 promotional rate. When I was there in person they charged me $119 and they would not do anything about it. When I called now I talked to some less than intelligent employee who kept telling me repeatedly that the rates have gone up and it’s only for new patients. But the fact is you told me a couple of times that you were going to charge me a different amount. It looks extremely bad to not honor that. It’s the principle of it if nothing else.
