The company has a duty of care towards it's employees. Also, as it's the insurance plan funder, it will have a legal right to choose appropriate cover.

If they don’t have the type of procedure needed to maintain the pregnancy in their state they would have to travel to a state that does have the procedure they need. There are no benefits for that but there in for abortions. It violates the civil rights act.
