Bank of America's "zero down zero closing costs" for first time buyers... if you are a specific race or heritage..."Black or Hispanic"... in certain markets... you have a shot at a good deal!

The loans require no mortgage insurance — the additional fee typically charged to buyers who put down less than 20% of the purchase price — and no minimum credit score.

Baby... we had our new home... but... damn it.. were wrong heritage... American Indian!

If you are black or hispanic, you should be a mad as heck if you just got a loan and paid $ and down payment. I'd call up your leaders and complain and get a refund on this years taxes. Not fair!
