Of course, it was a lie. This is Biden's MO. he makes executive orders he knows are unconstitutional, they run in the media, all the chuckleheads cheer on this amazing policy, then when it's quietly blocked by the courts it's too late.

Of course it is unfair. What is even more unfair is a system in which the federal government guarantees the student loans, thus encouraging bankers to make foolish loans to people who likely cannot afford them risk free, generating cash that allows schools to jack up the rate of tuition in a hyperinflationary manner and support administrative bloat, while almost never allowing the debt to be cleared via bankruptcy. The feds will even garnish wages and come after a deceased’s estate. That’s unfair.
It was common sense that you can't record loans you do not own as satisfied. Anyone who has ever had a loan would know that much... Not to mention the unconstitutional process of some dementia patient trying to mandate loan forgiveness when an elected Congress would have to pass an appropriation bill in both the House and Senate to provide money to carry out a government program to buy back loans from creditors first. Only retards thought they would have their student loans forgiven. You seriously had to have like an IQ of like 50 to believe that shit. Which begs the question how did they get admitted to college to begin with? What were they diversity quotas?
It was pretty well known beforehand that Biden did not have the authority to give away all that money and many democrats in both the house and senate were against it. I suppose it was a smart move by Biden because he fooled all these kids to vote for democrats and it won't cost the government anything. I doubt it was done on purpose The democrats did not win the house. It is expected to go to the Republicans.
That wasn't it. It was Dobbs and Trumpism that got Democratic voters (and many independents) to the polls. Too many Republicans live in an echo chamber to notice that Dobbs and 1/6 and claiming election fraud every time they lose are not popular positions.
