and it depends on the rumor, if someone made up something bad about me... then those who know me will not believe it nor doubt me because they know me well

as for those who don't know me or will still doubt me, then that is their decision and their issue... not really mine, lol

Neither, having the rumor would suck but if you are prepared to lose everything at a moments notice, a rumor like that won't completely do you in.
