Is it discriminatory or racist that I am sick and tired of hearing people talk in ebonics and slang and broken English constantly?

I used to be a fan of the way they talk and write; whether it be poor white people or poor black people. Yes, this is just a generalization so don't get offended.

But for some reason I am just suddenly so tired and sick of everyone around me speaking like they dont have two brain cells to rub together.

I dont look down on people who are less educated or who are legitimately retarded, either.

I guess it is just that normal people make up the majority of the people who speak and write like they we never taught how to read or write in school. If it was a few poor talkers here and there, that would be tolerable. But when it's the cool, trendy, even normal thing for people above age 11 to talk like they are illiterate and dumb, I find that really obnoxious.
