What is the definition of white race?

As I've known there is no white race exist. Only caucosid exist. So what we consider someone who has light brown or olive skin like Italians, Spanish Greek, turkish, Israeli? Some people says they are Asian but I don't think they are Asian, there is huge difference with them being Asian..

I will go with the United States Federal Government's definitions that they use for statistical purposes.
These were defined by the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and all Federal organizations must adhere to these definitions.

Good question, the better question is why do you care about what people call "white" given it is NOT defined in any definitive sense?

I think the most comprehensive definition is anyone with European ancestry. That includes all Europeans as well as Most Americans both in North And South America, as well as large numbers of people in Australia, Africa, new Zealand etc..

Is is what ignorant society designates because of the pigment in the skin. in my opinion it is more of an American concept because of the civil rights movements. If you were any other race other than white meaning Asian, Mexican or even Italian... etc your were designated as "colored."

Caucasian is an ethnic group, a language family.
Georgians, Chechens, ingush, avars, currently extinct urartians etc. are the only ones who can be considered as Caucasian.

Arabs on the other hand are basically semites with east African ancestory. What whiteness or caucasoidness you talking about. They migrated to Yemen from horn of africa and spread towards whole mid east later during İslamic conquests. Their ancestors were most likely had similar apperaence to modern day ethopians and somalians but they mixed with pre semitic inhabitants of Arabian peninsula and later invading paleotic Anatolians and Caucasians. But even to this day especially if you go into southern parts of Arabia such as countries like Yemen, oman, southern saudi Arabia. You can easily notice the negroid admixture inside of them from their skin color to facial features. Here in Turkey, I have even seen Syrian refugees who had similar facial features to somalians and ethopians. Geographically an average person would expect them to share little to no with East Africa but that's not the case apperantly.
