It’s a nonsense classification associated with white supremacy/the belief the world was hierarchacal split along racial lines of white, yellow, red, brown and black in that order. It was basically self justification for the world as they saw it during the colonial era with the white man “civilizing” the world in their image.


Obviously as soon as you look closer at it and realize how genetics and ethnicities work It’s nonsense, there are no clear lines and there are far more than 7 “types” and there is no inhérent hierarchy to the traits.

Because we are all trillion and trillion of particles of energy nothing is solid matter. Every thing on this planet is energy that vibrates our retina in our eyes are set to the frequency that they are that's how we see colors

So what boils down to is? We are all the same , we're nothing but a bunch of particles of energy get vibrate at a certain frequency. With white race one means caucasian. Scientifically spoken not a worth notion, but only the constation of particular traits. There are many people with very different traits, as well physical as mental.

I'm not able to give a definition, but historically, about 5000 years ago, somewhere around the Caucasus, a genetic mutation appeared, leading to people having blue eyes and a white skin (I guess a step towards albinism). It seems that originally all humans had black or brown eyes, whatever their skin colour.

What some particular groups mean with "white race" (I mean Ku Klux, supremacists, nazis, and similar groups) has nothing to do with the natural phenomenon. But what is nearly certain is that the group of people having inherited of that particular mutation will slowly but surely disappear because of the natural evolution.

People who have European ancestry dna. Being born in European doesn’t automatically mean a person has European ancestry. Ancestry is about DNA.

The classification of humans into races was primarily initiated by Swedish botanist
Carl Linnaeus in his 1735 work Systema Naturae.
It is an outdated notion.
People don't fit neatly into races because there has always been inbreeding and overlap between people from different regions of the world. You don't just cross a geographical line and find people with specific physical characteristics. The different characteristics are gradual as you move from Europe to Asia or from North Africa to sub-Saharan Africa.

But, basically, "white" race refers to people of European descent. Even Europeans vary dramatically, though from Mediterranean to Scandinavian. People from the huge continent of Africa have even wider variations.

The "white race" is a, largely social and political construction used to classify people with light colored skin, usually of European, Middle Eastern or North African ancestry. Tge definition varies, but often includes descendants of European immigrants, and is sometimes used interchangeably with "Caucasian".

Very little. Race is not a scientific term though phenotype is. I might have that the wrong way round; phenotype is not scientific but race is. One of them is definitely unscientific when talking of skin colour.
