Because beyond trying to ruin a man's life women have no real power. This is also why if a guy gets sexually assaulted by a woman it's considered laughable to come forward about it. Because a woman can verbally harass a guy but very few women can overpower a guy. So in short women can look and desire. But if he doesn't want to be touched she's not likely to be able to rape him.

Having a sexy attribute doesn't make you sexually objectified. I've never met a woman who saw a random hot guy and started talking about on great detail about "what she would do" to him. On the other hand there have been several times that some random guy at a mall or something will be staring at some girl and start explicitly describing his fantasies about what he wished he could do with her.
