No, but the (apparently) dichotomous nature of many issues almost forces its existence. I pretty much vote for the most libertarian candidate. The small "l" is intentional as the LP sometimes runs Libertine Authoritarians rather than genuine "Do hurt others or steal their stuff, and then do what you want." types.

It is best for the USA. But Democrats hate America and want to destroy it. I don't even know why.
