It's one of those self-fulfilling prophecies. There's girl, we go on a date she's chill, she knows or at least suspects that I'm sexually attracted to her, but she doesn't start being annoying and I start thinking that this girl is different than the majority, I wanna get to know her more.

Scenario two, she's hot, she knows I fancy her, and she starts being annoying. She starts being insecure thinking I just wanna bang her. She starts putting me through tests instead of just enjoying the date. And I'll start disliking spending time with her, but I kinda feel like I wanna get something back for my invested time, so I'll start playing and try to get laid at least, cus she is nothing special just as fucking annoying as other 9 out of 10 women. I'm telling this with love, being annoying is a choice not a condition.

I'm not interested in you because you're boring and have nothing beyond your body to offer to me or most other people you've talked to. Stop being boring and expecting people to like you for being boring. That's a YOU problem, not an "us" problem. (Not you, OP. Anyone this applies to.)

What narrative? Could you please elaborate more? It is absolutely possible to be BOTH sexually attracted and be interested in someone. However, it is also possible to be only interested in someone’s body and not their personality.

If I’m interested in someone, I am also sexually attracted to them. Personally, I could never see myself dating someone I’m not interested in or not sexually attracted to. However, I could also be sexually attracted to someone and not necessarily be interested in them as a person or view them as a romantic partner; maybe just a sexual one.
