No. Ukraine would be a fool to negotiate this early into the conflict when it has become very clear that Russia is going to collapse and be unable to continue the war in the future. The goal of Ukraine is not only to stop the war, but to regain their occupied territories as well as to ensure that Russia will not become a future threat again.

If Ukraine negotiated today they would neither regain their previous territory nor would they be safe from Russia in the future who would just invade them again in a few years. Ukraine needs to win convincingly over Russia and break them so that they can't pose a new threat.

There is no reason for peace talks. Russia has to leave. There is nothing else to talk about concerning the war itself. The only issue is how to make Russia pay for all the damage they did.

Th sanctions should be extended to include any country that trades with Russia.
