Why is the height gap difference between Black men and Black women in the USA so low?

I think maybe black people are tall because there is a lot of sun exposure in Africa and that builds a race of people with strong bones. Chinese people are good in school because the country is so populated that playing sports is almost impossible for young children so they have a lineage of people who spend all their spare time studying and mental exercise can be passed on to your offspring through genes. My cousins wife was doing her PhD while she was pregnant and her daughter is always reading books.
