Trending & News All federal elections require you to be a U. S. citizen and 18 years old before election day. Additionally you have to meet your state’s residency and registration requirements. If you are a convicted felon you generally can’t vote either, but some states restore voting rights after completion of sentence, fine, etc. for some felons. If you are mentally incapacitated according to your state laws you can’t vote. When it comes to local elections, some states have chosen to allow non-citizens to vote.
That said, in certain Democrat run counties there have been illegal aliens voting to rig the vote for years. This sort of voter fraud happened in the 2020 election and lead to the coup d'état on Trump. It's illegal. You run a coup on a sitting president, you should expect death when the law catches up to you...
The short answer is no. Non citizens are not allowed to vote. . In my state illegals will be able to get drivers licenses and the democrat secretary of state comes on tv and says all you need is a valid drivers license to register to vote. Democrats will create so much chaos about this that by the time it all gets sorted out they will already have stolen another election. So there is a lot of things that need to be determined.
@exitseven that's why I asked this question - to see if the illegals will tilt the Democratic party in their favor illegally and they don't get caught.
Since the last illegals have started to slow down crossing the border, I am thinking now they are going through some type of educational process on how to fill out voting formal. After all, it seems as if they've stayed out of the spot light here lately. They're up to no good!. U can smell it.
It’s not in the news anymore; even Hannity has shut up about it. Good old controlled opposition lapdog that he is!

They're NOT ALLOWED to vote but that's the biggest reason Joe left the gates wide open!! But, you know, the constitution's just a piece of paper so, he'll let them vote and he's hoping they'll all vote for him but the joke's on him! They see what a shitty job he's doing and are mostly voting republican!!
Are you serious? In anything but local (like school board, or dog catcher, and only in a few states) the answer is obviously no. But you don't want an answer, you want to be "just asking the question", like "when did you stop beating your wife?".
@goaded are you on drugs man? Because you aren't making any sense at all here. yeh, right! I asked a question because I really don't need answers - DUH! And then you jump over to some nonsense about stopping you from beating your wife.
If you are going to come here and you are stoned, don't bother answering at all! You are a weirdo!!
I'm sorry, I thought you'd have heard that example of a loaded question before, variations have been around for well over two millennia. Never mind, struggle no more, here is the answer to your question (and, amazingly, the first link when I searched "who is allowed to vote in federal elections").
https://www.usa.gov/who-can-vote
"Who Can and Can’t Vote in U. S. Elections
Who Can Vote?
You can vote in U. S. federal, state, and local elections if you:
Are a U. S. citizen (some areas allow non-citizens to vote in local elections only)
Meet your state’s residency requirements
You can be homeless and still meet these requirements.
Are 18 years old on or before Election Day (some areas allow 16 year olds to vote in local elections only)
In almost every state, you can register to vote before you turn 18 if you will be 18 by Election Day.
Are registered to vote by your state’s voter registration deadline. North Dakota does not require voter registration.
Who CAN’T Vote?
Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents cannot vote in federal, state, and most local elections.
Some people following felony convictions or who are currently serving time for other types of crimes. Rules are different in each state. Check this guide from the Department of Justice to understand the laws in your state.
Some people who are mentally incapacitated. Rules vary by state.
For president in the general election: U. S. citizens residing in U. S. territories
Check with your state or local election office for any questions about who can and cannot vote."
In New York they don’t even ask for your drivers license. Same day registration makes fake votes really common here, for citizens and noncitizens. Remember Obama’s call to ‘vote early and vote often’!
My understanding is that in some states you may vote by showing a valid driver's license for ID. California and some others seem to be handing out driver's licenses like Halloween candy.
Hopefully that isn't true. But it fits the narrative of opening up the boarder to anyone that wants to come in to vote Democrat!
Is it that much of a logical Leap to understand how all the fake votes aren’t going to be for voter ID?
You need to specify whether you mean federal, state or local elections. Federal and state elections, they definitely are not supposed to be voting in.
Not in my state. and i will bet not in most red states. Leftist states im sure they welcome illegal voters.
Just be careful. In Florida they're retroactively going back and arresting people who were legally not authorized to vote last election.
Vermont has really liberal voting laws so you might be able to vote in state and local elections in some state. But it's not legal in ANY state for national elections to my knowledge.
You have to be a citizen to vote
Nope
