I am struggling to find out if noncitizens of America are allowed to vote in the November 2022 election. Would you please help to verify the rules?

I know, you're going to say why don't I look it up myself! Trouble us, I did that, and I only ended up more confused. Some states like Vermont you can in two county's. New laws here and there have come in to play. I was looking for a simple No or Yes, but the more I read on the internet, it never seemed clear cut to me anyway.

All federal elections require you to be a U. S. citizen and 18 years old before election day. Additionally you have to meet your state’s residency and registration requirements. If you are a convicted felon you generally can’t vote either, but some states restore voting rights after completion of sentence, fine, etc. for some felons. If you are mentally incapacitated according to your state laws you can’t vote. When it comes to local elections, some states have chosen to allow non-citizens to vote.

The short answer is no. Non citizens are not allowed to vote. . In my state illegals will be able to get drivers licenses and the democrat secretary of state comes on tv and says all you need is a valid drivers license to register to vote. Democrats will create so much chaos about this that by the time it all gets sorted out they will already have stolen another election. So there is a lot of things that need to be determined.

@exitseven that's why I asked this question - to see if the illegals will tilt the Democratic party in their favor illegally and they don't get caught.
Since the last illegals have started to slow down crossing the border, I am thinking now they are going through some type of educational process on how to fill out voting formal. After all, it seems as if they've stayed out of the spot light here lately. They're up to no good!. U can smell it.

In New York they don’t even ask for your drivers license. Same day registration makes fake votes really common here, for citizens and noncitizens. Remember Obama’s call to ‘vote early and vote often’!

My understanding is that in some states you may vote by showing a valid driver's license for ID. California and some others seem to be handing out driver's licenses like Halloween candy.

Hopefully that isn't true. But it fits the narrative of opening up the boarder to anyone that wants to come in to vote Democrat!

Vermont has really liberal voting laws so you might be able to vote in state and local elections in some state. But it's not legal in ANY state for national elections to my knowledge.
