It should've been more than that. 2 years is about what you would get for opening someone's mail so invading a capitol should be more than that lol.
Plus it could of lead to much worse events lucky it didn't but the government should be letting known that something like this is not tolerated.
As they stormed it did they think wait what if one of us has a gun and is crazy and decides to day is the day? I mean we are all crazy and we are Americans not exactly unlikely?
When they stormed it they should've been thinking about the consequences of what could go down due to their actions. Which I am sure they didn't they just acted on impulse which is dangerous.
His dads is to be sentenced in January if what I've read is correct...
Sneaky, sneaky man... lol.
Personally the aroma is cool by me... have to admit I did a double take myself.
lmao

Protesting is fine, but he obstructed and helped others to do so, so yeah, he deserved it.
It is not a crime to protest on public property. He should not have been arrested in the first place. This will only further divide the country .
"Seefried was found guilty with his father, Kevin Seefried, 53 — who paraded with a Confederate flag in the building — at a bench trial in July of obstructing an official proceeding of Congress as lawmakers met to confirm President Biden’s 2020 election victory. The obstruction charge is a felony and both were also convicted of trespassing and related misdemeanor offenses. The elder Seefried faces sentencing in January."
"Seefried confronted an officer inside, and then with his father joined a group of rioters who pursued U. S. Capitol Police Officer Eugene Goodman toward the main entrance to the Senate chamber."
Yeah, no crimes there, nosir.
Hunter Biden? He needs longer then that and so does his dementia ridden father who did not win the election and is illegitimate
No, Hunter Seefried, son of the guy who flew a confederate flag in the Capitol, the first time that ever happened.
Hunter Biden may be indicted (a decision that will be made by a Trump-appointed US Attorney) for tax fraud (hard to prove, because it involves proving intent; look how long Trump has got away with it), and lying on a form to purchase a gun in 2018. We'll see how that works out, but justice takes time. That's why Stone, Bannon and Trump aren't rotting in prison yet for trying to steal the presidency.
You should see the laptop and the 4chan. You didn’t give a last name.
I don’t know. Maybe a simply trespassing charge.
I think January 6th is overblown. Sure. It was by no means good. But for some people to say with a bold face that it’s worse then Pearl Harbor or 9/11 is disgraceful insulting and disgusting.
It was a setup. FBI informants who infiltrated and ANTFIA. sure they meant it to be worse then it is.
Nobody really cares or pays attention not when democrats. Most just blindly vote left. Then you have the crazies who are another story.
Show me the laptop, and tell me what it has to do with Presiden Biden. Screw 4chan, it's a cess pit.
I take it you haven't been following the Jan 6 committee hearings? Jan 6 was the final attempt to steal the presidency from the people of the United States. There were many steps taken, only a few legal, leading up to that, and the planning to ignore the results of the election was already underway in October 2020. He knew he'd lost weeks before Jan 6th.
Take a few minutes, starting an hour into this video of the latest hearing to see evidence that Trump knew he'd lost, but planned to steal the presidency anyway, or read the transcript starting at "Look, it's the right of any candidate to litigate genuine election disputes..."

And, yes, a president supported by a major political party plotting to overthrow their own election loss is worse than Pearl Harbour or 9/11, because neither of them had a chance of eliminating democracy in the United States forever.
Even mainstream media does not deny it. The Ashley Biden diary. Dude you asked a question I answered.
Lol. This website did a cesspool
Goaded, don't you know that many people (mostly of Republican affilation) do NOT believe in facts? I saw the entire insurrection (attempted coup) pan out on television with my daughter, and could not believe what I was watcching. All along I kept thinking--where is the National Guard? Later as you know, we found out that Trump and his affiliates had taken that power away from them for that day. I also remember when Trump refused to give Biden the presidential powers due to an incoming president and no one knew why--this is the reason. He thought that he could overthrow the eleection and did everything in his power to do it.
It's incredibible that you mention that the Jan 6 insurrection was "overblown". Had that happened, you do know what that implies for our own democracy and voting rights, or do you not? You don't think it could have ramifications if our voting didn't count at all? Because that's exactly what he was trying to do, and it would have been a serious blow to our own credibility as a nation and put us in danger with regard to the world had Trump done what he wanted.
HA! Our votes count. Okay
"The Ashley Biden diary" Do you think that was on the laptop, now? What does Hunter Biden have to do with President Biden? He's not in the White House, he certainly hasn't been gifted security clearence he couldn't earn.
And you didn't look at the actual evidence laid out in that video, did you?
A president supported by a major political party plotting to overthrow their own election loss is worse than Pearl Harbour or 9/11, because neither of them had a chance of eliminating democracy in the United States forever. Do you deny that? If not, then would it be OK for Biden and Harris to do the same in a couple of years?
Dude. You didn’t like the answer you got. So now you want to argue. These are pretty credible. Here.
If you never seen anything on the laptop. Much of the stuff found on it wouldn’t be posted on most mainline websites due to the graphic nature. Some of its even illegal. I will leave it at that.
I won’t cast my pearls before swine anymore because many people it does not matter how much proof you show them. They will never believe it. They will always find a way to rebut it and get into circular logic.
lmao. Corrupt establishment Republicans. Dude. I know what I’m talking about. Yes I have seen it.
Probably seen more then you have. But keep watching MSM
You sit on the couch Probably watching network news and think you know everything
You know there has been criminal prosecution and convictions in voting fraud cases
I can't see your answer to the question: was Trump preparing to claim victory on election day even though not enough votes had been counted to determine that, or not?
Here's Steve Bannon, speaking to Chinese associates before election day:
"And what Trump's going to do is just declare victory, right? He's gonna declare victory, but that doesn't mean he's the winner, he's just gonna say he's a winner. The Democrats — more of our people vote early that count. Theirs vote in mail, and so they're going to have a natural disadvantage and Trump's going to take advantage of it. That's our strategy.
He's gonna declare himself a winner. So when you wake up Wednesday morning, it's going to be a firestorm. Also — also if Trump is — if Trump is losing by 10:00 or 11:00 at night, it's going to be even crazier, you know, because he's gonna sit right there and say they stole it."
Because he won the election. It was stolen from him. He’s no longer in office.
Trump left peacefully
So, after planning, in October 2020, to claim victory before the election was finished, Trump did exactly that.
Here's what Roger Stone was saying before the election:
"I suspect it'll be — I really do suspect it will still be up in the air. When that happens, the key thing to do is to claim victory. Possession is 9/10 of the law. No, we won. Fuck you. Sorry. Over. We won. You're wrong. Fuck you.
I said, fuck the voting, let's get right to the violence."
Trump wanted to stop the counting of people's votes while he was predictably ahead on election day (Democrats were more likely to take the pandemic seriously and vote by main, and many states didn't start counting those votes until election day). They discussed having the military take over the election apparatus. They filed and lost over 60 lawsuits (the last legal part of the attempt to steal the presidency from the people).
"[A] federal appeals court in Pennsylvania wrote, quote, charges require specific allegations and proof. We have neither here. A federal judge in Wisconsin wrote, quote, the court has allowed the former president the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits.
Another judge in Michigan called the claims, quote, nothing but speculation and conjecture that votes for President Trump were either destroyed, discarded or switched to votes for Vice President Biden. A federal judge in Michigan sanctioned nine attorneys, including Sidney Powell, for making frivolous allegations in an election fraud case, describing the case as a historic and profound abuse of the judicial process."
*yawns*
Bunch of Soros judges
Many of the judges who found against Trump were appointed by Trump, including two or three of the ones I quoted.
So, once Trump had lost over 60 lawsuits, the Supreme Court denied his lawsuit, although three of them were appointed by Trump and six by Republican presidents. His legal avenues exhausted, he went with the illegal forgery of "alternate slates" of electors from a number of states in order to defraud the United States and steal the presidency.
Mike Pence: "President Trump said I had the right to overturn the election, but President Trump is wrong. I had no right to overturn the election. The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone. And frankly, there is no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American President."
Trump was around a lot of back stabbers. Good people told him this. He refused to listen. Hard to feel bad for him sometimes. But still wrong.
"back stabbers" is what you call people telling the truth under oath, is it?
"[Consider] who had a hand in defeating President Trump's efforts to overturn the election, Vice President Pence, Bill Barr, Jeff Rosen, and others at the Department of Justice, State Republican officials, White House staff who blocked proposals to mobilize the military to seize voting machines and run new elections, our Capitol Police, aided by the Metropolitan Police, other federal law enforcement, and our National Guard, who arrived later in the afternoon.
All of these people had a hand in stopping Donald Trump. This leads us to a key question. Why would Americans assume that our Constitution and our institutions and our republic are invulnerable to another attack? Why would we assume that those institutions will not falter next time? A key lesson of this investigation is this."
Alright. You have a good one
Y’all have denied a lot of elections when you don’t get the outcome you wanted. But when there was legitimate fraud. You just deny it even where there is overwhelming evidence
Protesting or complaining about an election is nothing like denying one. Or conspiring to unlawfully overturn the results when you lose.
"President Trump's efforts to unlawfully overturn the results of the 2020 election were not limited to the big lie and pressuring state officials and the Department of Justice officials. Another key part of the president's effort was a scheme to assemble fake electors to cast false electoral votes in the states that President Trump lost.
This was something done not only with the President's knowledge, but also with his direct participation. Ronna McDaniel, Chair of the Republican National Committee, testified before this committee that President Trump and his attorney Dr. John Eastman called her and asked her to arrange for the fake electors to meet and rehearse the process of casting their fake votes."
"Vice President Pence's counsel asked Dr. Eastman; did you advise the President that in your professional judgment, the Vice President does not have power to decide things unilaterally? Dr. Eastman replied, he's been so advised."

Really? We never burned down cities. The left did that. A few people went into the capital. Not most Trump supporters.
Oh it was mostly ANTIFA.
You know there's something called reality? Why would Antifa be trying to keep Trump in power?
"The committee has shown evidence that President Trump was aware of the risk of violence. The FBI, US Capitol Police, Metropolitan Police and other agencies all gathered and disseminated intelligence, suggesting the possibility of violence at the Capitol prior to the riot. We're now going to show you just a sample of the evidence we have received.
Days before January 6, the President's senior advisers at the Department of Justice and FBI, for example, received an intelligence summary that included material indicating that certain people traveling to Washington were making plans to attack the Capitol. This summary noted online calls to occupy federal buildings, rhetoric about invading the Capitol building, and plans to arm themselves and to engage in political violence at the event.
Other agencies were also hearing predictions suggesting possible violence at the Capitol. On a call with President Trump's White House national security staff in early January 2021, Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist had warned about the potential that the Capitol would be the target of the attack.
Here is General Mark Milley, who was also present for this call, describing Deputy Secretary Norquist's warning. [Begin videotape]
MARK MILLEY:
So during these calls, I — I only remember in hindsight because he was almost like clairvoyant. Norquist says during one of these calls, the greatest threat is a direct assault on the Capitol. I'll never forget it. [End videotape]"
Have a good day. You’d be surprised what I know
I'd be surprised if any of what you claim to know is true.
"... everyone involved was working actively to stop the violence, to get federal law enforcement deployed to the scene, to put down the violence and secure the Capitol complex. Not just Democrats like Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, but Republicans like Vice President Pence, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Majority Whip John Thune, and countless other appointees across the administration.
All of them did what President Trump was not doing, what he simply refused to do."
www.npr.org/.../jan-6-committee-hearing-transcript
lol. Have a good one.
" MITCH MCCONNELL:
It was obvious that only President Trump could end this. He was the only one who could. Former aides publicly begged him to do so. Loyal allies frantically called the administration. But the President did not act swiftly. He did not do his job. He didn't take steps so federal law could be faithfully executed and order restored."
I don’t like RINO Bitch McConell
Of course not, he's not a True Republican because he doesn't actively spread Trump's lies. Of course, he's still a piece of shit because he doesn't loudly and clearly call them out for being lies.
Here's another one who told the truth for a short while then saw which way the wind was blowing.
" KEVIN MCCARTHY:
The President bears responsibility for Wednesday's attack on Congress by mob rioters. He should have immediately denounced the mob when he saw what was unfolding. These facts require immediate action by President Trump. Accept his share of responsibility, quell the brewing unrest, and ensure President-elect Biden is able to successfully begin his term.
But let me be very clear to all of you and I've been very clear to the President; he bears responsibilities for his words and actions, no ifs, ands or buts. I asked him personally today, does he hold responsibility for what happened? Does he feel bad about what happened? He told me, he does have some responsibility for what happened and he need to acknowledge that."
LMFAO!!! Mitch is a corrupt son of a bitch. So is McCarthy. I like how they got called out for their orgies
REALLY? IS THAT ALL? lol!!! I have NOT kept On The News since Moving Here. xxoo
Great! Now trumpites don’t have an excuse to point to when asking about Trumps criminal history.
His sentence is longer than Steve Banons? Of course smh
Well played, lol
Is that Hunter from the President
Hunter who?
Oh, ok. It’s about time! I mean these people should have been tried in courts a year ago.
Haha!!!
Did they freeze his assets?
Where's Ray Epps?
He’s on video telling people to go into the capitol. Oh and he’s a fed
lmao. That 'armed and violent' attack filmed by a documentary director for maximum dramatic effect.
I know, we saw Pelosi's dramatic exclamation that she'd Punch trump in the face. Thrilling stuff, there.
She was super cereal. Schumer was trying to call in air strikes and everything
What have I missed?
Yeah I figured, but I don't know any other Hunter 🤷🏻♂️
His friend was sentenced. He has not been.
I don’t care
