It is typically normal. Some children are hyper some children are docile. Stay away from sugar, make some really hyper.
I had a my son would look at his sister his sister would scream and he fed off the screaming. It drove me up a wall. I started to looking in other avenues to keep my children occupied. My daughter loves art and is an interior designer. My son is a safety manager for one of the largest firms in the nation. Just stay with your child they will calm down and they will grow up. Children teaches us to have patience.

Your child is not a dog you can just drop off at the animal shelter. Try setting some boundaries and enforcing some rules for fuck's sake.

He behaves like that because you have let him. He’ll be harder to keep in line because of it.

Enroll him in martial arts classes. Best thing for him. Burns off energy and teaches respect of those around them.

If you are tired being a parent already, maybe you was not prepared enough to put it lightly.
Maybe that was not one of your brightest resolutions to make.
However putting away a child for adoption is not a loving thing to do at all. Bite the sour apple of reality and keep being the human you was meant to be.
