Do you think George "Dubya" Bush was a good US President or not?

I was a Liberal teenager in the 2000s, and although I'm no longer Liberal or left-leaning, I still think Dubya SUCKED as president. Obama too. Although neither were as bad as Biden. It's still hard to believe Dubya, this guy, was even president. But then again, we've had reality TV stars and rappers run for president since then.

I also now feel bad for all the Al Gore voters, considering the 2020 election and how a president scammed his way into the White House yet again.

We are still living with his foreign policy: unrestrained hawkishness, killing of civilians, broken countries, and lost wars in a futile attempt to have military and financial supremacy over the whole world. I challenge anyone to point to one of these places where we brought “democracy” that did not turn into a s***hole. He broke numerous treaties and agreements. Violated the Constitution to surveil American citizens, and a lot of the measures meant for terrorists are now being applied to ordinary Americans who run afoul of the Feds. The no child left behind law was impossibly utopian and really accelerated the deterioration of education. And he banned the incandescent light bulb in favor of very expensive bulbs that don’t last as long as promised, which also offshored the whole industry of light bulb manufacturing.

Yeah, he was bad.

He was awful. His "No Child Gets Left Behind" fucked up all the public schools because teachers could not fail any students. They ended up putting them on ADHD medications so that they blame their poor grades on ADHD and pass them through school.

And it was primarily boys who were thrown into a special ed end drugged on adhd medications.

He's so bad that I could not believe he was not a Democratic president. This is what you would expect from a leftist feminist president. It's hard to believe he is Republican.

I guess the establishment Republicans are no better than the establishment Democrats.

It's not his fault, he was poorly trained by his parent, got the wrong VP, his ego and personality got the best of him and net result put a large number through miserable deaths for insufficient reason other than his pride and fathers honor.

I don't blame Bush, I hold responsible the people whom voted for him. Most of them should be beaten... forced to read books in psychology, forced to watch videos of how Karl Rove controlled their minds in church, so it doesn't happen again (as next time will be worse)... because I was in church and I saw it and it made me sick. It was so obvious seeing how they brought Pastors out to meetings, tole them what the election was about, then the pastors went and told their congregations. He threaded messages through their minds to control them and admitted to it later on. Stop being Shills... use the brain God gave you! Mind Control!!

Well he started a war off a rumor of WMD In Iraq and caused a bigger recession he did respond to 9/11 Swiftly as he should have

Also his handling of Hurricane Katrina was weak, and stupid. And made America look inept but I'm sure that was some sort of secret Psyop due to the way it was handled.

He could have captured Bin Laden in the beginning of the war when the Army Rangers had him pinned down. They asked Bush for the order and he refused and said their would be mass casualties which I'm 100% confused by that because the Tan Berets get down and that's what they're there to do too kill, nobody is worried about Hajji scum.

Overall Bush was not a good President but he in no way shape or form is as worse as Biden lol, Biden is taking that L for the history books forever.

I consider him mostly bad. The only thing I supported was the Afghan War after the Taliban wouldn't hand over Bid Laden for being involved in planning the 9/11 Attacks. And yes we accomplished our mission despite how the war ended. Bin Laden is dead and his accomplish was killed after we had already pulled out. We had no reason to be in Afghanistan as long as we did after Bin Laden was taken out and if the Taliban harbors another SOB that causes another 9/11 then we should nuke the entire country. t

Accidently submitted without finishing what I was going to say. I didn't support Iraq War and believed that there was an Obvious Campaign to convince the American People to go to war with Iraq, but unlike the 9/11 Attacks, Iraq never attacked us. It was just based on Paranoia. Also, they actually went back and recounted the votes that were intentionally thrown out in Florida which was the Deciding State during the 2000 Election. Al Gore would have won from those Deciding
Votes so we actually had an ACTUAL STOLEN ELECTION BACK IN 2000 BY THE REPUBLICANS. On top of that, we had 2 Huge Stock Market Crashes during his years which were the Dot Com Bubble and the Great Recession (which was actually a great opportunity for investors) and it didn't help things having Big Tax Cuts during the time we were involved in 2 wars. You would think the Republicans in charge at the time would be willing to make some sacrifices since soldiers are fighting for our country and putting their lives on the line. Wars aren't cheap and the Tax Cuts came at exactly the wrong time.

Overall I consider George W. Bush a Very Strong Leader that made a lot of Dumb Decisions. If we as Americans can find a U. S. President that is a Strong Leader that is capable of making Smart Decisions then wouldn't that be Great?
