Now my car is just in the driveway not being used at all because it doesn’t feel right or safe to drive. Swerves lanes and everything.

don't back down from the insurance company.
Let them know that it will be repaired correctly.
I think most states have an insurance commission you can go to to get help, don't take no for an answer.
How do they know it was like that before the accident?
they never drove it.
I have American family, but I have never had an accident yet.
I spoke with the manager and she told me that my car was already like that probably and they aren’t responsible for fixing it. They only fixed the bumper and made my car look nice but it had mechanical issues now when it was running perfect before the accident so now I gotta sell it to buy another ride
again, don't back down, she said probably, so they have no clue.
Look for the insurance commission or whatever it is called in you state and complain there.
Also call your insurance company and let them know what is going on that the shop they sent you to did not repair your car correctly, and make it know that it needs to be rectified.
All they are doing is hoping you go away and they collect a lot of money for doing hardly any work at all.
Have you considered. . . calling an attorney and suing Allstate?
Thanks for MHO!

That doesn't sound quite right. I don't think an insurance company can mandate where someone has there vehicle repaired after an accident.
As the insured, the customer has the right to choose where their vehicle is repaired. Insurance companies may have a list of shops from which to choose, but you are not obligated to use any of them.
Not sure this is an AllState issue, but for what it's worth, I love my State Farm insurance.
Insurance companies often have preferred suppliers, but as far as I know, they cannot mandate one specific supplier, especially a huge company like State Farm. If your car is having issues that you believe are a result of the repair, contact your agent and tell them you want an opinion from another repair shop. You can get several other opinions and estimates if you wish, and if they agree there was some malpractice involved, you have a strong case.
I trusted them to pick the shop themselves!
One of life's lessons learned, I hope. Never do that. Always get estimates and do your own research first. The insurance company only cares about the cheapest route.
Get an attorney. If you live in California try Downtown LA Law. If outside and cannot find anyone, maybe try them to see if they have a referral in your state.

You might try a lawyer. Or contact Allstate and obviously that they send someone out, your car is undriveable.
The other driver but they had no insurance
Nationwide has been good to me both with home, units, and car. My business partner swears by Ststefarm 🤷🏻♂️
There's always choices. GEICO, State Farm, Shelter, Farm Bureau, Liberty Mutual, Safeco or consult an Independent Insurance Agent.
Metromile - really great if you don't drive a lot or drive long distances as you pay by the miles you drive. Saves me a lot, but I have no claims experience with them.
Geico they even let you pick or send you to brand name place
Insurance companies are all the same but you choose where to take your car for repairs, not the insurance company.
Get a lawyer sue Allstate and go with State Farm 👍🙂
