This believe it or not was in a magazine. I cannot believe women like this exist. Basically her parents died when she was young. She left school because she could not afford it when she was 16. Later she met a man who worked his tail off to get her through school and later he took a job as a trucker to get her through college. She decided that because she is a lawyer now she deserves better than a man who sacrificed everything to make her what she is now. In my opinion there is a special place in hell for women like that. A woman who would use a man to get what she wants and then leaves him because she sees him as beneath him. At the very least she should pay back 100% of the money he wasted on her.

This is the truth of women. Women simply do not date down, or marry down. Meaning they will not be with someone who makes less than them. They see men like that as less than them or basically worthless compared to them. Where men simply do not have that idiotic notion. We have no issues being with someone who makes less than us. Its why, the more money a woman makes, the few dating options she has and the less happy she is. But the feminist idiocy that everyone teaches these days says that a high powered ultra successful woman is the ideal.

and feminists be wondering why there are men who aren't as supportive of all women's choices as they hoped they'd be nor are they in favor of equal partnership and no it's not because of some mythical patriarchy made to keep woman (women uphold the patriarchy by the way) but because of shit like happening. you lend someone a helping hand and this what you get in return.

relationships should be about love, trust, respect, loyalty but the moment one party thinks they're better than you or can do better, then it's all over.

I remember years back when I watched news about a student in China helping some elderly lady after she fell over. when the cops arrived, the elderly lady accused the student of pushing her and he got arrested. just fucked up.

It's certainly one example, but the hypergamy of modern women manifests in many ways. One of the most common is divorce. Half of marriages end in divorce and women initiate 70% - 80% of them. Because their husbands were a means to an end for them, and when her husband has served his purpose in her life, a woman will divorce him and move on to something "better".

There is female hypergamy in action all around us if we pay attention. Women are hypergamous by nature, but unlike women of the past, today's women tend to feel little guilt when they act on that hypergamy and ruin the life of the man they said they loved.

Modern women are far more capable of justifying that behavior in their minds.

She was a child who still needed parenting, that’s the role he filled. Of course she’s not going to remain sexually compatible with him forever. She was a little girl who has since grown into a woman with completely different interests, including a different interest in men. He’s more like a parent to her than a romantic partner, Id imagine.

Well, I definitely think she should show her appreciation for his help or offer to pay him back. However, she’s not obligated to stay with him romantically.

No disagreement there. I just hate the idea that women using men to get what they want is so common place. Granted men do it to, but women do it FAR more often

Men are wired to provide, and women are wired to receive, so the dynamic makes sense. But again, she was a kid at the time who was suffering the loss of her parents. Maybe it wasn’t her intent to use, but he was filling that void that still needed to be provided for. This was an unhealthy dynamic from the start. At least, as far as a romantic relationship goes.

She owes him a lot including her high status life. But none of that makes her a good person or the one destined to be with the man and she can only really be expected to be herself. Whatever moral level that is.
