We don't have the technology for less severe means so I think maybe amputate both legs and render them infertile (vasectomies for men and more intrusive procedures for women). Then just get a little drill that only works itself one inch at a time and let them stare at it for hours until it starts slowly penetrating through their eyeball. After that, put them into a bathtub of just the most minor amounts of acid that will start to slowly peel their skin and make them itch until their skin is bleeding everywhere. Then clip off their fingers one by one. We could do the toes too but my bad, we already cut their legs off! Whoops!

The punishment should fit the crime; an eye for an eye. The proof of wrongdoing of course needs to be substantial in certain cases. Since most abusive relationships are mutually abusive, aren’t they already living an appropriate punishment? Ell oh ell! We look too closely for abusive men and not closely enough for abusive women.
Children and pets are more helpless. They require and deserve more protections. But “abuse” needs to be strictly defined. Spanking butts and swatting patties isn’t abuse, despite what the snowflakes will suggest. People are shittier now because people stopped disciplining their kids decades ago. Millions of unproductive, entitled twats milling about and bitching about their privilege because it’s not enough. That’s what happens when you don’t spank children.

Well there is not one answer for all of it.
If a person beats animals then this person has issues to see that animals are creation of God too and should be protected and not abused. Perhaps he/she should have to visit a dog asylum and care for them during a week.
If a person beats kids then we have to know if the kid is their son/daughter or a foreign kid. If its the own kid then the adult should have the right to punish the kid as education, even a slap is okay. If its a foreign kid then the adult should pay a fine or, if the adult is male and the kid is female, a kick between the legs is appropriate too.
If a man beats a woman the kick is the best punishment too. If he beats in many occations he should be educated in a closed institution and have psycho therapy.

I find especially disgusting someone raising their hands on someone that looks at them with trust and expects to receive love such as a partner, a child or a pet.

The only reason I raise an hand on my wife, my daughter or my dogs is for a caress or a nice gesture, not to hurt them.

For children I'll say ten years in prison. For women I'll say five to seven. For animals I'll say two to five. Severe? Yeah, but I think it needs to be. And I don't like bullies and abusers so they can do 30 thirty years for all I care.
