What you actually proved by accident is that Republicans/conservatives is outdated.

Older generations are more likely to vote for an outdated system.

I mean that would be a bigger concern for a republican how do they reach out to the younger generation better.

Because if they don't work on that, there won't be much of a republican/conservative voter representation in the next generations to come.

It's also the reason it has been a very long time since the republican party has won a majority vote in any presidential election. They constantly have to rely on winning from the electorial college.

They are outdated and they aren't doing a good job finding a voice with the younger generation.

Each election more and more of the newly coming of age voters are turning to democrats vs republican.
