Girls, Should men who have not yet undergone surgery but identify as a woman be allowed in womens prisons?

As this refers to womens prisons i want to ask just the women this. It will trigger a few, its not designed to trigger, but this is mostly for the wokies!

Since you tell us that trans women are women even if they haven't had surgery, and they have been imprisoned for multiple rapes, would you share a cell with one, after all, by legal definition, women can't rape.

As for the trans-prison question, unless they’ve undergone surgery, I don’t think they should be in a woman’s only prison. I know that upsets people but if you’ve still got a d*ck and you’re in a prison with people who have vaginas, you have a proportionate advantage.

Im from the UK. In the UK you cannot rape. A guy has to be hard to rape you, (apparently) "being hard only happens when you are sexually aroused (although i get them when im tired, excited sexually and non sexually, and nervous). But since you as a woman cannot get an erection, the most you can be done for is "assault by penetration (usually fingers and foreign objects).

but i am totally with you, that assaulting someone in a sexually manner should be rape. fingers, bottles, or hairbrushes etc.

Look at it another way. im aguy that claims to be a woman. I've just got 10 years for armed robbery. Bidens administration says i should go to a womans prison. im going to identify as a gay woman with a penis (so lets say a lesbian with a penis. God that sounds so weird).

serving that time without female company is quite hard for a guy. So im gonna play the system, and go into the worlds biggest meat market. straight women won't care after a few months., they'll need play time too. right? win win for me.
