Opinions on small-scale theft/shoplifting?

I don't do it anymore. I've become far too apathetic to steal. But I remember, it's more of teamwork and how good of a liar you are. Reward points for having a purse. Important thing is to make purchase for something big, while you steal something small.

Most of the time when I hear of people trying to steal brand name clothes or whatever, I don't think it's worth it. To get caught over something like that is crazy. Other times when I see a person get caught trying to steal groceries I just feel bad for them. Maybe they have kids to feed. Sad situation.

@anon1903 alright but the judge and police will not care. Plus the year of probation tracking around ankle, monthly fees, and parole officer meetings.

This shoplifting will cost him 15,000 by the time it is all done.
