Do you remember how upset the U. S. and its puppets were over WMDs in Iraq and Syria? They bombed those places even without concrete evidence.

But now it's Ukraine doing it. How is that okay?
Can you imagine the hysteria if Russia used such weapons?

My point is that it's hypocritical to completely destroy countries over suspicion of possessing WMDs. We were let to believe that it was a red line in the sand. But now we're looking the other way.

But now we see the truth of the matter. WMDs were just an excuse. But now we hear crickets when Ukraine gets busted using them.

I really don't understand why the whole world describes Ukrainians as angels and heroes. Everyone is making the Russian Federation hostile for taking Soledar, but do these people know that Ukrainians killed Russian civilians in Soledar before this war? I get really angry at those who find Ukrainians are so innocent. I could tell more about Ukrainians but none of them are worth my time.

I hear you, Drachen. I've read a lot about the history and about what's going on right now. This wasn't a senseless act of Russian imperialistic aggression.

But I'm astounded by the hypocrisy of the U. S. for acting like WMDs are the ultimate war crime while looking the other way when the Ukrainian Nazis overtly use poison gas bombs.

Biden has no idea. He probably thinks they are dropping air freshener. He is kissing Ukraine's ass because he thinks they care anything about him or the US. A penny has more sense than he does.

It all depends on perspective. If they are bombing and killing me and I'm probably not going to live, anything goes to stop them. Getting shelled for even a day likely would wear my sense of right and wrong. I'm sure the other guys think the same way. People at the top have to make those decisions and it's a slippery slope.

Will Russia start doing the same in kind? And Does Ukraine up the ante?

That's the problem and why USA should engage to stop it. They hold the keys to stopping it... but as well, may be too late as trust is lost in "agreements".

I opposed Iraq, the USA leader was wrong guy to be in charge.

I am of the personal opinion that bombs, guns, planes and chemical weapons shouldn’t be used in war. It causes too many innocent casualties. I personally think if people want war, they should meet somewhere out in the middle of nowhere and use hand to hand combat, knives and swords. For one it’s cheaper, it causes less civilians to get hurt and who ever is standing at the end gets to make the decisions.
