No. The more I see about all this "non-binary" business, the more convinced I am that many of these people are not as much confused as they are narcissistic (or their parents are).
Furthermore, the idea of sex, gender, whatever we're calling it today being "assigned at birth" is just silly. It suggests that either God or the parents of a child - or both - either made a mistake or acted against the will and consent of the child or somehow other violated the child's rights by calling him or her what he or she objectively was at birth: male or female. And even further by arguing against the immutability of these fundamental truths of the person.
No, I do not believe in or condone using a person's "preferred pronouns".
As much as I don't agree with it, I try to respect them. However, making laws to force them into bathrooms and sporting event categories is just ridiculous as is paying for a prisoner's sex change surgery.
People are allowed to do whatever they want and saying your pronouns are 'Sex Master and Kung Fu Legend' is counter-productive and doesn't actually create a constructive discussion. If someone identifies as they/them, then that's totally fine, and I'll address them as such. If you don't like people who identify as such, you can just move along.
I agree with it. But I also think that we are too fixated on gender when I don’t think it really matters.

My pro-noun is "Sex Master and Kung Fu Legend". If anybody doesn't respect and use my pronoun I will have you fired and canceled.
These neo pronouns are utter narcissist nonsense. I will not participate in someone else's delusion.
I don't agree but I don't see what's wrong with respecting another person's choices.
Man = He / Him
Woman = She / Her
