Is it punishable by law to call someone (a girl for example) a gold digger?

Unit1

Gah! Here I thought I'm over it but not completely. And I doubt I'll get (official) legal advise here but I'm gonna ask anyway.

In Germany citizens can report others, who offended them with insults to the police, which can go all the way to state lawyers (prosecutors?) and it will be considered a committed misdemeanor of the offending party. This is in accordance to the German Criminal Code § 194. Provided there is hard evidence/witnesses to confirm the offense.

So if some girl attempts to use me for money under the deception of being a potential girlfriend and i call her out on it and tell her "GOLD DIGGER" or "GOLD GRÄBERIN" (in German), is that considered as committing an offense? Germany constitutes insulting persons as a "violation to the honor of a person". The punishment includes either a fine or up to 1 year confinement in prison according to the German Criminal Code 185. By definition even just saying "you're an idiot" to someone else, who is not your close family member is a reportable offense but so far I only saw police officers reporting aggressive individuals for such offenses less often than these offenses have occurred (and these reports actually went through with the court). Most likely because most civilians aren't fully aware of all of their human rights or maybe they don't care or something else. Nevertheless insulting a police officers carries the same powers as insulting private individuals, thus there are no special cases.

Merciful unicorns, why am I asking this here? Girls in Germany LOATHE being gold diggers let alone being seen as anything similar to it! They are very happily making their money.

(hot damn, look at my English skills. I'm proud of myself)
