there are 2 types of illegal immigrants 1 the one most people think about those who cross the boarder without using the ports of entry. The other are those who over stay there visas

a refugee is someone fleeing from there country because there life in in danger like there gay and will be killed if they go back to there home country they do check into an immigration office and apply to refugee status If they did enter the country illegally they are illegal immigrants until they have gone through the refugee paper work and are accepted by the country they decided to flee too. This, of course does not include economics because your life is it in immediate danger, for example, the economy of Venezuela sucks, but that does not give them an excuse to come to the United States illegally, and it doesn’t give them refugee status. The job of the men coming from these countries is to start a revolution, destroy their government and rebuild it. Without the corruption.

refugee is one who escape the war in his country so like Ukrainian, illegal immigrant are those who get out illegally from their country to go into another without filling any paper or anything while there's nothing dangerous about their countries.
