What is Havana Syndrome and what do you think about it?

Havana syndrome is a set of medical symptoms that have affected U. S. and Canadian diplomats, intelligence officers, and other government officials stationed in Havana, Cuba, and other locations around the world. The symptoms include headaches, dizziness, hearing loss, and cognitive difficulties, among others.

The name "Havana syndrome" originated from the first reported cases in Havana, Cuba in 2016, but similar incidents have been reported in other countries as well, including China, Russia, and several European cities.

The cause of Havana syndrome is still unclear, but it is believed to be related to some type of directed energy weapon, such as a microwave or radio-frequency device. However, some experts have disputed this theory and suggested that the symptoms could be caused by other factors, such as a psychogenic illness or exposure to a toxic substance.

The US government recently said it was NOT caused by an energy weapon, but doesn't know or won't say what causes it.

The syndrome has raised concerns about the safety of diplomats and government officials overseas, as well as the potential for new types of weapons that could be used against them.
